Warranty Information
The units/products come with a Non-DOA (dead on arrival) warranty unless stated in the description. In the event there are issues, we, will be fully responsible for any cost of repairs and or replacement in order to get the unit/product in full operational condition. If cost of repairs/replacement exceed that of the sale amount, then we will issue a full refund once we have received the goods back in our possession.
Consumables are not guaranteed in any sale unless otherwise listed in the description section.
In the event of any damage in shipping or goods not in the condition as described, we will be fully responsible for any charges in either replacing or repairing the goods in question or issuing a full refund once we have received the items back.

Shipping Information
All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Most items are shipped next day after payment is received.
Shipping charges are based on the size of equipment. Most international items are shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx, however larger items might require freight shipping and palletizing and may cause delays in shipment times.
Items located in the UK - will ship world wide.
