Height adjusts from 20 to 38 from the table. The offset is 8 at the mount and 5 at the hook giving it a 28 range of travel for each leg. The mounting post is 5/8 diameter x 4 long and easily will connect to surgical/OR table with Clark socket. Unmarked and manufacturer unknown.
