Designed with a highly-polished, 1" thick steel plate griddle surface, this unit is perfect for cooking a variety of foods from pancakes and eggs to grilled cheese, and even burgers!

The stainless steel construction provides the unit with excellent heat retention and quick recovery, ensuring your products will be cooked to perfection. This unit has (6) 30,000 BTU burners with aeration baffles situated between each to ensure that heat is evenly distributed across the surface. Plus, each burner has an adjustable gas valve control and a continuous pilot light for added precision and efficiency when cooking.

This unit is thermostatically controlled and will maintain the selected temperature through your busiest hours. The control knobs on this unit are cast aluminum and feature a heat protection grip, keeping your staff safe even when the griddle is at its hottest temperature. For added convenience, this griddle comes equipped with a 4" wide stainless steel grease gutter and a 1-gallon grease can, making it easier to clean the unit and keep your cooking area sanitary.

The front, sides, splash guard, and ledge are made of durable stainless steel. The exterior is easy to wipe down and clean and is designed to withstand daily use in busy establishments. Plus, this unit has 6" stainless steel legs that offer stability and make the unit perfect for placing on an equipment stand or refrigerated base. This unit requires a natural gasconnection for operation.

Condition & Testing

This is a very nice 72" Imperial Countertop flat grill in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. We removed this unit ourselves from a working restaurant andwas in service at the time of closure. Does show minimal signs of everyday use in the form of minor scuffs but absolutely no damage. We installed NEW 6" heavy duty legs on the unit for stability. You will require a regulator and gas line for this unit before use. We cleaned it with an FDA approved grill cleaner and it looks great! Guaranteed not to be DOA.
